Is it not a shame that his family [wife and children] are opportunists of the worst sort? Granted, they are not as bad as Ted Williiams' son putting his dad on ice, but their shilling of Dr. King's archives [they want $20-$30 million for them]is nearly the same. Other great participants in the movement donated their archives to the Library of Congress. Remember when the Mrs and the kids tried to get BU to give back that portion of King Archives because they wanted all of his papers available for scholars at the Atlanta King Center? What ever happened to that plan? I suppose it's churlish to think of them at this time, rather than the great Dr. King. love, dad

It is a shame when families grub over the remains of the great one in their midst. The thought of Ted Williams on ice is highly disturbing. It's ... well, the best word I can think of is ... yukky.
But no, the pettiness of family members shouldn't take away from the achievement of the great one.
