Flu

Like Mike at Cold Fury, I have been laid LOW by this flu, my good people. Last night, I thrashed about in bed, tossing, turning, thrashed so hard that my bed moved an inch or two away from the wall. At one point, I actually whimpered, I am sorry to say.

Today the fog has cleared a bit.

More to come...

Hehehe. Hot chicken soup with a little lemon in it. My mom's cure-all recipe. Unless of course, you prefer, in her words, a Veebaporub (Vick's Vapor Rub)rub down.

One bowl of hot chicken soup and two shots of cold Jagermeister. Good luck.

Ain't it awful? Usually, thrashing around so hard you move the bed an inch or two from the wall can be regarded as a good thing...myself, I was coughing so hard I moved the bed an inch or two etc. Ugh.
