Meryl Yourish makes a comment about Weehawken which made me laugh out loud at my desk.
I'm not altogether convinced that Weehawken isn't a figment of MY imagination!
Posted by sheilaNo Sheila, it is a figment of New Jersey's imagination. It couldn't be a figament of yours since by moving there you have placed the development of your imagination in serious jeoprady and open to credibility issues.
Posted by: Jim Moran at September 17, 2003 05:15 PMWeehawken exists, I've seen several ferry tickets proving it.
In "Futurama", Weehawken is the future home of DOOP (Democratic Order of Planets) Headquarters.
Posted by: Bill McCabe at September 17, 2003 06:20 PMHmmmm, Sheila of DOOP, has a ring to it don't you think?
Posted by: Jim at September 17, 2003 08:07 PMi had a pal who lives in weehawken
and would never
ever
take me there
it began to seem like she lived
in the lost horizon
so maybe
it is a figment
and all the people who live there
are supernatural beings
oooooo
I bet Alexander Hamilton wished that it were a figment of his imagination.
