"One more dawn ... ONE - MORE - DAY"

You're Les Miserables!

by Victor Hugo

One of the best known people in your community, you have become
something of a phenomenon. People have sung about you, danced in your honor, created all
manner of art in your name. And yet your story is one of failure and despair, with a few
brief exceptions. A hopeless romantic, you'll never stop hoping that more good will come
from your failings than is ever possible. Beware detectives and prison guards bearing
vendettas.

at the Blue Pyramid.

My story is one of failure and despair, with a few brief exceptions.

Ain't it the truth.

I was Love in the Time of Cholera:

"Like Odysseus in a work of Homer, you demonstrate undying loyalty by sleeping with as many people as you possibly can..."

Go me.

I was The Poisonwood Bible, but I hated that book. SO I went back and changed my answers a few times, and eventually came up with David Copperfield. I just couldn't bear to be a book I don't like. Not that I have a deep love for David Copperfield, but it certainly sounds a bit more dignified then the Poisonwood Bible. An OPRAH BOOKCLUB BOOK!!!!! (sniff) I mean, I love Oprah, but I won't tolerate being a bookclub book. I won't.

I find myself in the enviable -- or so I hope -- position of having my book be Catch-22. To me, this merely proves that my inner Ex-PFC Wintergreen is alive and well.

Sweet.

Ben -

I'm jealous! I want to be Catch-22! My favorite book ever. Either that or Ulysses.

Beth -

I hated the Poisonwood Bible, too. What a disappointment. It had such a great idea - the revolution in the Congo - and then it was a big SNOOZE
