Please don't "hike up your skirt a little more"

If I was on a tour boat, and was randomly sprayed by liquid fecal matter from a passing bus (filled with rock stars) ... I literally do not know how I could go on with life. I know for sure that I would feel compelled to shave my head ... but after that? How would life continue??

The first time, yeah, that's a normal reaction.

But once you've lost your sewage-dousing virginity, it's not such a big deal.

Well, I actually like Dave Matthews. His acoustic stuff, anyway. However, I don't like him enough to want to be sprayed by his shit.

This story has provided an altogether scandalous amount of amusement for me. Dave Matthews represents pretty much everything I despise in the world of rock & roll - seeing him held up to such intense ridicule has been an unexpected treat. I do feel sorry for the poor tourists, but nevertheless I'm still laughing as I write this...

Did you mention this story before this post? There's no link. If I wasn't still within radio-reception range of a Chicago AM radio channel, I would have no idea what you were talking about. (BTW, Mayor Daley sounds pretty ticked off about this on the radio.)

Did this story become national news? I must have missed it somehow. I tend to tune out random incident news stories.

And what does "hiking your skirt" have to do with it?
