I seem to have gotten lucky, and stumbled on this early. I am going to be charitable, and allow others to answer. I will return later, and snatch up some of the unidentified--if any are left.

"if any are left." I just scrolled down. Sheila, you are borderline. The number of last lines listed is impressive/crazy? At least, I know there will be a lot left---I saw several that I have no idea what they are.
