Never again.

So here is the nail in the coffin of my continuous "I will never go to a zoo again" conversation. Yup. Never. Again.

Not to be a killjoy (which, as everyone knows, what follows WILL be a killjoy type statement... so why do we use that expression?), but, I don't find it funny. This is the equivalent of giving someone else's your child a jawbreaker and then saying to the parent, "Geez, I didn't think your kid would try to swallow it whole!"

Then again, I'm the guy at our local zoo, who, when seeing someone feed "zoo food" to an animal in a cage that explicitly states "Please do not feed me, I'm on a special diet!", yells, "Hey, you illiterate idiot! you may want your children to read that sign to you!"... Actually I'm not, 'cus my wife would leave me and I'd never see my kids again, but, if I DID have a wife I wasn't afraid of, that's what I'd say!
