A collection of fabulous essays on the movie "Sandlot". It's so nuts, but I'm actually tearing up reading some of them!!
The one by Mike just KILLS me.
Posted by sheilaMy kids, especially Alex (natch), LOVE The Sandlot. We have it on video, and how it has not broken is beyond me. The box doesn't have ends, it's almost completely torn in two, it is WELL. LOVED.
I, of course, have never seen it. :) But I know the soundtrack, since I've heard it a million times emanating from one room or the other.

I was thrilled when my daughter fell in love with it and we've watched it together many times. There are a few quotable lines that occasionally find their way back into our family conversation that always bring a smile to my face. What a terrific movie!
