Posted by: Dan at April 27, 2006 11:11 AMSheila,
You look absolutely lovely in that photo.
Sheila, I'm sorry I can't make this because of class, but I know you'll do great. I would love to see the piece now after seeing some of its development. Break a leg!
Posted by: Shade at April 27, 2006 12:38 PMThanks, Shade!!! There will be other opportunities. Hope you are well!
Posted by: red at April 27, 2006 12:40 PMI'm working to clear some Monday time to get out there, Sheila. At the very least, it's an excuse to take my GF out for a late lunch at Mandoo before the show.
Posted by: Nightfly at April 27, 2006 1:03 PMWish I lived in NYC! Have a blast! And it's a great photo.
Posted by: Jen at April 27, 2006 1:58 PMNightfly - cool!!
Sheila,
I am happy for you to continue to be able to perform this piece and share it with others. I hope to someday get to see it in person. Obviously it would be easier if you were doing it in Indy, but I've never been to NY and maybe someday I'll make the trip. Alas, this Monday, I'll be irradiating mice. Yeah...tell me you've ever heard that excuse before.
Take care.
Break a leg, Sheila: wicked awesome! ;-) How I wish I could hop a flight up to NYC this weekened, but I'm very glad to hear there will be other opportunities.
Posted by: Dave J at April 27, 2006 11:14 PMI have read your entry 74 facts and 1 lie and its amazing stuff. So here is a standing offer if you ever do take the show to Philly, i'll buy you a beer or 2 (or 6).
Posted by: kevin at April 28, 2006 10:41 AMNow I don´t get it. You wrote that 74 Facts and One Lie is about one person and that they are all facts except for the lie. But above it says "one girl's fantasy love affair"... So what is it now?
I´d surely check out your performance if I only didn´t live like 5000 miles away from NY :(
Look closer - I didn't write the promotional text.
Posted by: red at April 29, 2006 7:32 AMI know that Sheila, but you copied it out so I thought it´s correct what they write.
But you answered my question with that, I think :-)
Posted by: LOOK_CLOSER at April 29, 2006 8:49 AMI am:
1) SO PSYCHED that you get to perform this piece!
2) Incredibly bummed that I can't be there to see it.
Keep up the fantastic work, Red!!!
Posted by: Jon F. at April 29, 2006 12:42 PMIt's 8am the next day.
