How fun!
I found the site Catalog Card Generator from Mental Multivitamin.
This is brilliant. Here's the one I made.
Posted by: Emily at January 17, 2007 11:43 AMIt's so ominous. "Call Seaorg". I can't stop laughing.
Posted by: red at January 17, 2007 12:04 PMThat's genius. I have to post mine later.
Posted by: Nightfly at January 17, 2007 12:35 PMDearest--love it--love it! dad
Posted by: dad at January 17, 2007 2:34 PMWhat a hoot! But I'll be danged if I could figure out how to saw the picture; it kept giving me boolean error messages...
Posted by: Mr. Bingley at January 17, 2007 3:04 PMer, 'save' rather, not 'saw'.
Posted by: Mr. Bingley at January 17, 2007 3:04 PMBingley - did you right click on it?? That's how I did it.
Posted by: red at January 17, 2007 3:09 PM401. Philosophy and theory. Did you do that on purpose or is 401 significant to you in some other way?
Posted by: beth at January 17, 2007 3:28 PMmr bingley--it wants you to save it as a .png file, an extension i'd never heard of. if you're using a windows pc, there's also the option to save it as a .bmp, a more common format.
Posted by: beth at January 17, 2007 3:30 PMbeth - it's the main area code in Rhode Island. :)
Posted by: red at January 17, 2007 3:33 PMThanks, I tried all of that but this darn winders pc I'm on doesn't want to co-operate. Sigh. I'll try when I get home.
Posted by: Mr. Bingley at January 17, 2007 3:39 PMOh, that is so cool! I can tell it will take up loads of time I should be spending on school.
Posted by: Harriet at January 17, 2007 4:55 PMHeh, I did the area code thing too, only I put extra digits at the end for "realism."
Bings, I just went ahead and saved it as the .png; then I opened it in Paint and saved it, unchanged, as a .jpeg. It worked all right for me.
Posted by: Nightfly at January 17, 2007 5:14 PMBlast, trackbacks ain't workin'. Sorry for the self-linkage.
Posted by: Nightfly at January 17, 2007 5:16 PMNightfly - go right ahead and link to yourself. I'm a "looser" myself with no trackbacks.
I love your scribbles!! hahahaha
Posted by: red at January 17, 2007 5:18 PMha - You have to go check out Tommy's!
Ghost written by Ernest Hemingway - hahahahaha

Posted by: Tommy at January 17, 2007 5:43 PMTommy, those scribbles are a riot. How did you get the bottom of the card to print properly? Mine got cropped a little bit.
