Faces I Love, part 4
(For those of you unfamiliar with this - here's part 1, part 2, and part 3)
The wonderful Dennis started it all here ... and I LOVED the idea.
To think about faces I love - and not just because of their physical beauty or that I'm crushing on them. There are many reasons to love a face. And then to search out photos that really illuminate what it is about the face I love so much. And to NOT EXPLAIN. To just post the photos. There was a simplicity to the approach that really appealed to me.
It goes along with the theme of "celebration" that I want to create on this blog.
So Dennis: THANK YOU for the idea!! (More from Dennis in this same series here, and here)
Oh, and I think I've repeated myself a couple times here with a couple faces. So be it.

Annie Lennox is so comfortable in her own skin...so cool.
That is an expression not often captured on Lily Tomlin. Cool photo.
And Mr. Hooper! Just seeing him makes me happy.
Although my favorite Sesame Street face is Maria. Yowza.

And the man who is 9th from the bottom - I feel like I KNOW who he is, but don't quite recognize him. Is he a poet?

I enjoyed also seeing a repeat of Ewan MacGregor, haha! He would also appear repeatedly in my list!
Also loved: Gary Cooper (swoon!), Charles Laughton, Lars Ulrich (yeah!!!) and Dean Stockwell's eyebrows. And those beautiful '30s actresses, Irene Dunne, Kay Francis. Love me some '30s glamour!
And I may have a girl crush on Amanda Peet, that woman is gorgeous.

I agree on Amanda Peet - she's been in crappy films, but I really adore her. And Annie Lennox you just have to love, as a woman, as an artist...
