How sad-to have his mother and wife die on the same day? How could a person bear that?
Well, that’s just the most painful thing to think on. So much loss of love in one day.
My dad just wrote, “7:45 pm my darling wife Carol is dead”
How could one even possibly deal with something like this? It truly must’ve felt like someone turned the lights off in his soul.
