Unplugging

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Elvis needs my attention. Wow. But it’s certainly true. My script reading is heating up. Details soon to be finalized. I met with the actor yesterday, and am in love with him. I tracked him down through a director he worked with, sent him the script, made him the offer, and he’s into it, loves the script, and over coffee, I got a great line on who he is. I think he’s perfect for the part, my instincts were right. Once the whole thing is over, I’ll write more about it. But it’s been taking up all of my attention, and it’s been great. But let’s be honest, Elvis needs me too. CrazyTrain leaving the station. Off to the beach, to a ratty motel (the best kind).
