Sheila, thanks for this. I knew Marian when I worked for G. Kanin for most of the seventies. She was everything Dan writes about and more. She knew how to be a friend. And like many friendships, we drifted apart, but I always kind of kept an eye on her comings and goings. The last few years were hard on her, but I think, luckily, she was kind of unaware of that. I’ll miss her. As will so many others.
