It is filled with characters whom I almost regard as old friends:<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; John Garfield<br \/>\n&#8212; Clifford Odets<br \/>\n&#8212; Marlon Brando<br \/>\n&#8212; James Dean<br \/>\n&#8212; Marilyn Monroe<br \/>\n&#8212; Kazan himself &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>and he can tell a yarn.
