\nAnnie West<\/a> is a wonderful illustrator from Sligo, Ireland. I’ve been a fan of her stuff for years. <\/p>\n Her latest book, What If?<\/i>, features entries from a long list of writers (including yours true). Annie asked each of us to write out a “What If?” (I pitched her a number of ideas, and she picked one of them), and once we passed in our entries, she got to work creating illustrations for each one. I cannot wait to see it all put together. I also love the Irish-ness of most of the names of the writers. A talented bunch!<\/p>\n What If?<\/i> is coming out tomorrow (in Ireland, anyway, not sure about its availability elsewhere), but here is the publisher’s announcement<\/a>, with click to purchase. If you go to that link, and read the description of the book, you will probably instantly recognize my contribution. I cannot wait to see Annie’s illustration for that.
