It&#8217;s pretty clear Texas executed an innocent man. Now comes Ed Zwick&#8217;s faithful adaptation of the article, starring Jack O&#8217;Connell as Willingham and Laura Dern as the woman who becomes convinced of his innocence, turning herself into his advocate.
