He&#8217;d never believe it, of course&#8230; It&#8217;s great that he&#8217;s still appreciated by so many, because he&#8217;s worth it. He was a very special human being, Bogart.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And here for your viewing pleasure:<\/p>\n<p>And here, what might be my favorite:  This was before the romance even blossomed, a publicity shot for <i>To Have and Have Not<\/i> &#8230; but it&#8217;s beautifully obvious what was beginning to happen between these two individuals:<\/p>\n<p>She&#8217;s 19 years old in that photo, about to embark on her first romance ever.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, maybe the most famous picture of all:<\/p>\n<p>That lovely young girl is 80 years old now, and she&#8217;s still around, and not just as a faint echo of who she used to be, a memory in our collective unconscious, but still getting good parts, writing a new book, acting with great directors.
