It’s freezing in my apartment. I sit wrapped up in fleece blankets. The heat is blasting out of my radiators, but it must be absolutely freezing outside.<\/p>\n
I was really busy at work yesterday, and my mom called me.<\/p>\n
I saw it was her number, and I picked up.<\/p>\n
“Mum?”<\/p>\n
“Hi, Sheila!”<\/p>\n
“I can’t really talk right now.”<\/p>\n
Mum took a deep breath and then said (and this was pretty much what it sounded like): “It’sgoingtobefreezingtomorrowsomakesureyoubundleup.”<\/p>\n
Oh God, it makes me laugh.<\/p>\n
I said, “Okay, bye.”<\/p>\n
Later I called her and we laughed about it. She said she had just called to say Hello but when I couldn’t talk, she decided to get in as much motherly advice as possible before I hung up.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
