I hadn&#8217;t ordered anything recently so I picked it up, baffled.  Then I saw the return address and smiled to myself.  Cousin Mike had sent me something.  He does this on occasion.  I&#8217;ll get a GIANT box sent to me filled with second-hand books.  A treasure trove.  And there&#8217;s never a note included, which is the best part.  No note necessary.  <i>Here&#8217;s some books<\/i>. Often they are books which I have only told myself that I really want.  But Cousin Mike seems to know.  What can I say.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sheilaomalley.com\/?p=9790\">He is his father&#8217;s son.<\/a>  I hurried into my kitchen and ripped open the box, which required some doing, since there was so much tape on it it was like a papier-mache project.  <\/p>\n<p>Here is what Mike sent me.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sheilaomalley.com\/?attachment_id=33562\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-33562\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sheilaomalley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSC09865.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"DSC09865\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-33562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sheilaomalley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSC09865.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.sheilaomalley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSC09865-100x75.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.sheilaomalley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSC09865-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.sheilaomalley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSC09865-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It made the day a little bit like Christmas.  Do not get between the O&#8217;Malley clan and our love of books.  It is a neverending flow, which pours out of us in all directions.
