Zooming in on the Map of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, circa 1880.  <a href=\"http:\/\/memory.loc.gov\/cgi-bin\/query\/D?gmd:11:.\/temp\/~ammem_X15B::\">Here&#8217;s the map itself<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But I like the random zooming in &#8230; I love maps, anyway &#8211; they&#8217;re just so interesting to look at &#8230; I like the one of the Point Judith lighthouse.  And the lighthouse at the northern tip of Block Island.
