\nBoardwalk rebuilt. It is like a miracle, considering what it was like only a couple of months ago<\/a>. Of course it’s not a miracle at all, just representative of hard work and determination<\/a>. You can still see vestiges of Hurricane Sandy everywhere. There are vacant lots where once there were houses, there are ripped-up portions of sidewalk where a tree once was. The sand is still everywhere, filling up the grass lawns from blocks away. But the boardwalk is rebuilt. The sea wall is rebuilt. There are many communities, still, which have not been so lucky. <\/p>\n
