Starring my awesome nephew Cashel who does an amazing job here. And my brother’s girlfriend Melody is also in it, in one heart-wrenching shot.<\/p>\n
I’m so proud.<\/p>\n
A couple things to note:<\/p>\n
1. Brendan was there during the shoot, and described seeing the lead actor, John Walcutt – with all of the arrows out of his back (he’s obviously an incredible actor, just WATCH him) – sitting on a break with Cashel, chatting. And he’s wearing the jacket with the arrows coming out of his back (a hand-made costume, unbelievable) – but by that point, it’s normal that that is what he is wearing, so there he and Cashel sat, having a snack, arrows out of Walcutt’s back, talking about Star Wars<\/i> or whatever. I love this man.<\/p>\n
2. I love everyone on the shoot for their kindness to Cashel.<\/p>\n
3. The director, Ben Barnes, came to Cashel’s school play a couple of weeks ago. You know, because Cashel is “his actor”, they were colleagues, so to speak, so he came out to the middle school to support Cash. This speaks volumes of his good character. Here’s an interview with Barnes about the video<\/a>.<\/p>\n Enjoy. It’s intense.<\/p>\n Cash does a great job, and it’s definitely difficult to see him in this situation, but I know he had a lot of fun doing the shoot.<\/p>\n
