It is impossible...

for me to look at such pictures and not think about the film "Best in Show" and absolutely crack up.

The mystique (if ever there was any) is gone.

I cannot take any of it seriously. At all. Any dog-show-lovers out there, please forgive me.

I love that movie. So brilliant. I love Fred Ward as the buffoonish announcer, who knows nothing about dogs - and the sort of uptight British announcer with him - trying to deal with Ward's idiotic and inappropriate improvisations. It is hilarious.
