    I thought the Beaches of Agnès was great. And from the BFI site (and not just because they share a name) but the picture of Agnès Godard with Claire Denis was a treat. They’ve had an impressive ongoing collaboration by now.

      I love Varda’s “Vagabond”. An extraordinary movie!

      and yes, Beaches of Agnes was great – I loved the detail that she took a photograph of Godard and he trusted her/liked her so much that it’s the only photograph where he’s not wearing his dark glasses.
