A fellow film critic made this stuffing for Thanksgiving, posting videos of the entire process. Apparently it was very delicious – although many people expressed reservations about the raisins and the cheese and all the rest.
Happy Thanksgiving, my friend! I was reading a reprinted article from Nancy Franklin in the current New Yorker, came across this and thought of you: //There was plenty of space left over for my desk, my stereo, and the bookcase that had been next to my bed at home when I was growing up and that I had spent hours staring at, reabsorbing the contents of the books by gazing at their spines.//
