I didn’t understand where I was in space and time when watching Dolittle. It’s very disorienting. My review at Ebert.

I hate to pick on one of my favorite working actors, but he’d exclusively been Iron Man for five years, and now we get this.
Such a depressing waste.
It’s very depressing. He’s such a wonderful actor.
