… between me and Matt Zoller Seitz has been going on for 2 days straight now. Granted, there are only two of us talking in the comments section, but it’s a damn fine conversation that is pleasing me to no end and is exactly why I wanted to talk with Matt about it. People LOVE this movie.

I watched this movie after seeing your post. Brand-new fan. I’ve heard of this movie before and shyed away from it, because I thought it would be told from a different POV. But it’s gorgeous. I always like Lili Taylor and don’t recall ever seeing River Phoenix this good. Wow. Gotta go watch it again.
