My cousin Kerry will be singing the National Anthem at a Red Sox game in Fenway Park on July 13th. I just … have … no … words …. The culmination of a lifetime of being a Red Sox fan and also a singer. She’s a Red Sox fan at an almost autistic level. This is so dern exciting. Go, Kerry!!!

Tres cool! Gonna try to arrange a biz trip to the corporate offices at that time… Although, yelling, “Go Kerry!!!” in Boston will be quite difficult for this Republican. ;)
that’s awesome!
That is very cool. I’ve noted the date and will be watching with interest (provided that MLB.com decides to show the pregame show).
Now that is cool. I get the Bosox games on NESN. I’ll be sure to watch the pregame, at least. Congrats, Kerry.
Oh and “She’s a Red Sox fan at an almost autistic level” is really funny!
That’s just…WICKED AWESOME! Go Kerry! Go Sox! :-)
Woohoo!
I think it is beyond mega-coolness that the O’Malley clan read your blog!
How does one get picked to sing the National Anthem? Do they have tryouts, or do you have to know somebody? I’ve always wondered about that. Didn’t think they did it this far in advance, either.
Awesome!
“at almost an autistic level”…lol
