You forgot Louis Armstrong. He was singing this song in the 1920s. There are a couple of videos on Youtube showing him performing the song substantially later. One is at the London Paladium in 1956, with some good shots of the audience, and another with his All-stars at a later date. This performance is a bit showy, but it’s one of the few available.
