    Sheila,

    I’m a great fan of posters, movie and vintage products, and had I my way I’d have a huge collection and, like a museum, display and feature a different theme every week. Also, to my sense, posters have far more power to fascinate and beguile in the name of their product, whatever the product, than commercials or trailers.

    George – totally. If you think about a good poster – like the poster for Chinatown – it really just evokes a whole FEELING, not too literal or nailed down – and the whole thing just expands in size after you’ve seen the film.

    Wow, that was a feast! I don’t know where to begin, so I guess I’ll just say that there were beautiful, fascinating, intriguing and of course bizarre poster images there. Definitely a lot of movies that piqued my interest.
