How to even describe this bizarre movie …

I gave it my best shot. It’s worth it to see Mads Mikkelsen in this role. He’s hilarious.

I reviewed Men & Chicken for Rogerebert.com.

That picture of Mikkelsen disconsolately clutching a chicken has sold the film for me, basically. (As well as your review, obviously :-)

I can’t believe you got to review this! I have been so deeply excited to see this thing just on the back of Dencik and Mikkelsen that the dead birds assaults, badminton and copious masturbation are just gravy. Great review.

      hahahahahaha

It’s a totally insane movie – these guys are all so funny! The badminton sequences killed me! Plus the bedtime story hour. ABSURD.

Let me know what you all think of it when you see it!

It’s not slated for release over here at all, I gotta hope it pops up on Netflix or something, but I’ll definitely be back if it does. The trailer is so cuckoo that the rest of it could be grass growing and I’d still probably love it.

I’m sure it’ll be streaming very soon – doesn’t seem like it’ll be in the theatres too long.

It’s one of the weirdest movies I’ve ever seen.

And MadsM!!! He’s so versatile, I can’t even take it.
