Why?

Is there any reason in this day and age for a gentleman to wear his hair parted in the middle and then feathered? With an obvious use of hair products?

Really. I’m just asking.

    Plenty of reasons.

    1. He wants to look like a dork.
    2. He is starring in the movie remake of CHiPs.
    3. He is retarded.

    That’s still not as bad as the man-perm.

    Hipsters ’round these parts (and a couple other parts I’ve seen) are wearing that style, especially out. Many go so far as to add the aviator glasses to complete the look.

    The answer to red’s question is “no”.

    The following statement of mine is preposterous and inaccurate, but it reflects my life experience:

    The movies “Mad Max” (1979) and “Mad Max II: The Road Warrior” (1981) finally made it acceptable for young American men to not have that middle-part-feathered hairstyle and not be viewed as dweebs.

    Thank God for that. Luke Skywalker hair gave way to Mad Max hair among the cool.
