Remember these people today, and their families whose lives were altered forever in August, 1969. May the two murderers still in jail die behind bars.

I saw one headline – on CNN or something – calling CM “famed murderer.”
Famed?? Maybe “infamous” is the word you’re looking for.
Also, he didn’t kill any of these people. He cut off Hinman’s ear, but Bobby Beausoleil did the actual murder.
