Zola – based on an epic 2015 Twitter thread – (now that’s not something you hear every day) so far is one of my favorite films of the year. I actually remember that thread unfolding. I was on Twitter at the time and I was one of the many thousands of people who waited breathlessly for the next Tweet. You can read the whole thing here. Zola stars Taylour Paige and Riley Keough and I absolutely love it. I’m still thinking about it.
