Fantastic picture, Sheila!!!
Isn’t that insane???
I (heart) NY!
Very nice Sheila….I was perched up on the PATH platform in Harrison checking out the skyline probably a few minutes earlier than when you snapped this baby…the sky was more clear when I was looking and I noticed a very bright Venus just next to the crescent moon. New York still amazes.
dg – it really is amazing, isn’t it??
Those dark streaks of clouds … it’s a shame to miss the sunrise when it is so damn DRAMATIC!
Believe it or not, if you were to do a 180 degree turn from this vantage point in the late afternoon, you would probably get a nice sunset over the industrial swampland that is this part of NJ…I usually try to take a glimpse from my office building in Tribeca…who would have thought the Pulaski Skyway could look so cool?….I’ll be waiting for that one.
