“Try and stop me, someone. Oh, please, someone try and stop me!”

A perfect ending to a perfect movie. And, as Kim Morgan points out in her beautiful post, a perfect movie of Auld Lang Syne.

My friend Mitchell, who is a tumbler and has worked in the circus for many years, analyzes what is special about this particular backflip here.

It’s a good way to start the new year.

I kept thinking you spelled “tumblr” wrong, thinking that your friend Mitchell had a Tumblr account and was, thus, a Tumblr. Ah, the internet, how it’s changed our perception of the simplest of things.

I love Holiday, I believe that it is a true gem that many people overlook. The witty banter, the costumes and the pure chemistry Grant and Hepburn have together makes it electric! Holiday is pure screwball gold!

Hope you have an amazing 2011 Sheila! Your blog for me is also a true gem and made me smile during 2010 when little else did :)

Jenn – Thank you so much!! I hope you have a happy new year too!

Grant and Hepburn hanging out in that cozy room as the party goes on below … such touching fun stuff. I want to step INTO that movie and be there with them.
