Okay… before you start reading, watch “The Man in The Moon” — I watched it last night and immediately thought of you. Not only does it have a great sense of who/what Presley was, but it also captures a time and place that no longer exists without slipping into charicature. Stellar performances all around — especially a very young Reese Witherspoon and a perfectly pitched Tess Harper. As an added bonus, it includes one of my own personal “Boys I Love” — Sam Waterston (pre-CSI and -Ameritrade, of course). You’ll like it, I think, and it will put you in the perfect frame of mind for the bio. Enjoy…
April- I absolutely love that movie!
I think I know where this is all headed and I couldn’t be happier. ;-) Will he be joining the ranks of Dean Stockwell, Dean Martin, Cary Grant?
Tracey – I’m digging myself into a deep deep hole. I am very happy about it. It’s been a while since I lost myself in one of these obsessions.
I have this very same 2-part edition. I love it. Enjoy.
sheila — It has been a while. I say BRING. IT. ON!!!
Hurray!!!
