3 pm today – EST – I will launch so many movie quotes for you all to guess that I am frightened at my own diligence. The quotes will completely take over the front page of my blog. I have no idea how many quotes I have compiled – but … let’s just say there are a TON.
90% of them were chosen by me – but many of you sent in wonderful quotes – which I have also included. Thank you!!!

The Newark Star-Ledger is reporting that despite the fact that authorities have broken up that gambling ring operated by former NHL star Rick Tocchet, that Tocchet is once again in deep water with the feds for accepting wagers on who’s going to guess the most quotes correctly in this afternoon’s contest.

hahaha! Yeah, I called Rick and tried to place a bet but he didn’t accept Discover for some reason.
I even started watching Operation Petticoat earlier (home sick, only halfway through), gambling that red’s gonna have Cary Grant all over the place today….
Oh, and like always – I will do my best to keep up with everyone and race around saying “Yes” to your guesses – or “No” as the case may be. I find that that makes it easier – so that people know when a quote has been guessed correctly and can move on.
Damn, I shouldda done some Cary research . . . . by the way, I have a sprained left index finger – do I get a head start?!

I actually tried to pick a broad range of movies!! It seems like it’s more fun that way.
And Stevie: NO HEAD START!! You’re so movie-literate that it’s almost like in school when they hold back the fastest kid so the slower kids have a fighting chance … (Not that I agree with that practice!!)

(anticipated victory speech) I’d like to thank God, Jesus, Clive Davis and a childhood filled with peer rejection which gave me the free time on Saturday afternoons to watch movies on TV.

I didn’t!!! I’ll have to look it up on Amazon! I have most of his stuff already – but they’re mostly VHS tapes.
