Hahaha very true though. I think the smell of garbage in the sun will always remind me of summer in New York.
HAHAHA! It always feels like when you are away in the serenest place, NYC looks the most disgusting, upon return. You know, just strewn trash everywhere.
So sweet in the summer heat!!
I know you love New York as so many people do, including me. My husband and I were working hard to move there once and landed jobs and went to look for schools and apartments when we found ourselves at a sidewalk cafe on trash day with hundreds of bags of rotting garbage in a giant heap just feet from our table. It just was…. a dealbreaker.
It’s just so much worse in the summer because it STINKS!!
