The best line is his parenthetical remark after “yesterday is dead and gone”–“(thank gawd)” . That’s just wonderful. And just as tasty is his double time piano phrase in the last measure or so of the break. I love JLL’s view of piano-playing–I’m so good I don’t have to do it. The very idea of ending a tune (as he frequently does) with his boot heel. Not to mention taking a shot at Graceland.
