Yes!
It’s called “Araby”.
Little boy wants to buy a gift at the “fair” … has an epiphany.
Good one, by the way.
I wrote a paper on this story in college.
I wrote a college paper on The Sisters. I read Araby in greater detail in high school lit. I remember specifically the English soldiers trying to con an Irish girl in the market into some sort of improper behavior…..I’ll have to read it again.
