Am I ready for end-of-September baseball? It’s almost like gearing up for some battle or something. I know my time is limited. I know the game schedule. I must make it work. I must accept that there will be a lack of sleep. I can’t fight it. Ready? Ready? Well, it doesn’t matter if one is ready or not. The time is here.

This weekend series is setiing up to be killer.
Big doubleheader tonight for you guys. The Orioles have gone into the tank, so no help there. If the Indians can sweep Tampa Bay (not as easy as it sounds), they’ll be well set going into the weekend series with the White Sox. I’m not wild about the wild card, but I admit it’s made for great races.
This week is definitely a cliffhanger.
I need to manage my time – so many games, so much else to do … you know, like LIVE MY LIFE. I remember this from last year. My whole life had to be put aside for awhile to make room for Sept./Oct. baseball.
We must destroy the Evil Empire. They cannot continue. It’s almost as important to me that they don’t make as it is that we do. On a lighter note, Jean and I will be at Fenway Thursday night with another Ocean Mist bus trip.
Pat – oh my God, you’re going on an Ocean Mist field trip??? I am so so jealous.
