You know you’ve had a really intense massage when the masseur calls you the next day to make sure you’re all right.

    I fell asleep at one point. I cried at one point. It was a cornucopia of emotions. A-ma-zing massage. I am so so sore today.

    you cried? from pain? or was it because of some pressure point?

    No pain. Yeah – a pressure point. Holding lots of tension there. When the knot was released: waterworks.

    Wow.. very cool. I’ve heard that if they hit the right pressure point it can make your sinuses drain out too.

    I feel unbelievable. I’m sure over the next couple of days the tension will creep back in … this is how one becomes a massage addict.
