Ice-Bound

The Hudson River is frozen.

Last night was such a chore getting home (don’t ask) that I considered just strolling across the West Side Highway, leaping out onto the chunks of ice, and making my way across to the Jersey side.

Probably would have gotten home quicker.

Or just drowned in the icy depths.

It was a crapshoot.
