    mr bingley–it wants you to save it as a .png file, an extension i’d never heard of. if you’re using a windows pc, there’s also the option to save it as a .bmp, a more common format.

    Thanks, I tried all of that but this darn winders pc I’m on doesn’t want to co-operate. Sigh. I’ll try when I get home.

    Heh, I did the area code thing too, only I put extra digits at the end for “realism.”

    Bings, I just went ahead and saved it as the .png; then I opened it in Paint and saved it, unchanged, as a .jpeg. It worked all right for me.
