Ha, yes! I’ve read somewhere that cats sleep 23 of 24 hours. I’m not sure it’s that much, but it’s close. When they’re not sleeping, they’re trying to get someone to pet them or cuddle them. Or feed them.
I’m pretty sure they have a catnap schedule, too, including location: 5:30-7:30, human’s bed; 8-noon, windowsill; 1-5, top of refrigerator. . . Hope’s probably happy to have you with her, but sometimes I get the feeling from my cat that my presence, on a day I spend at home, is interfering with her schedule!
