love to you friend. wonderful pictures and i have such great memories of him from that magical weekend with kurt in cape cod. remember your parents watching us swim under the full moon and they kept saying, “stay in the light” so they could keep track of us. that dinner with you all the first night, with your dad asking everyone around the table to share their favorite literary quotes, will stay with me always. xoxo
In 10 days I will be older than my father ever got to be. Truly humbling. I mean this as a comfort; you will never stop missing him. Love lasts, along with the loss. My best to you, Sheila, and your family.
