    Extraordinary.
    Every once in awhile here in the Flat Lands we’ll get one rolling by like that, and I imagine it’s a snow-covered mountain.

    Amazing, right? I must have taken 30 pictures of the clouds that day. I couldn’t believe how they piled up – AND how the light hit them just so so you really could see the contours. Because I was on the Great Lawn there was actually sky-space to see all of this in the middle of Manhattan!

    I love it when I see what I call a “Simpsons” sky…when I refer to it that way I never have to explain what I mean.
