Cool beans. Wish I could be there.
That is VERY very cool. Are you playing Chloe?
No. The pictures of the actress with the knife to her neck is Chloe. The one who you hear saying, “He’s got a knife!”
I am thinking you must be Mrs. Millwood? Based on a previous post about having to research something you don’t really believe.
The Mrs. Curtis and I may make the trip up.
curtis – Yes! I am the clairvoyant. Good deductive reasoning there. :)
Cool!
Wow – it’s opening pretty soon.
My boss is making noises about sending me to visit our Jersey office. I’ll have to try to gin up a business reason to make it happen during the run.
I shall be there. Opening night, no less. Better not suck! ;)
That’s so exciting! I wish I wasn’t half a world away, so I could attend the play…
I’ll be in town for the last performance. The only question is if my Rigoletto tickets are for the afternoon or the evening.
Hit enter before asking if there was any chance of the play being extended or is the theater booked?
Oh, good on you! Wish I could be there to see you (and for karoke afterwards)!
Very Very Cool, Sheila. Those of us unable to attend, for various reasons, will be there in spirit.
Yes – there is the possibility of an extension. My contract only goes to the end of the run – and we’ll need to re-negotiate if we extend. It would probably move to another venue as well – but that’ll just have to depend on the play’s success.
This is SO COOL!!!!!
I’ll have to reschedule another trip to NJ. How quickly do tix for the weekends sell out? Will you autograph my program???
Go Sheila!
That is very cool. Great promo. I wish you all the best!
Yes – there is the possibility of an extension
Well, if all your blog friends bum-rush the ticket office, that’ll help, huh?
($19 a ticket? Yowza – if I end up making the trip, that’ll probably be the cheapest couple of hours of the whole week…)
I’ll do everything I can to be there, and to spread the word to other folks I know who may be in NYC then. Very cool! :-)
Break a neck, Red! Er…that is how the saying goes, right?
Very cool! Sure wish I could be there –
Chrisanne and I are flying in to see you sometime in Dec.
You are the coolest chick on the planet.
Sheila — Break a leg and since I’m in San Diego, uh, let me know when it comes out on DVD! ;-)
Very impressive, Sheila. It’s certainly intriguing. I’ll definitely come up from Bucks County to see it. Much good luck with it.
I went to see my neighbor’s play Miss Witherspoon last Sunday at the MacCarter in Princeton. I was a bit nervous because it’s billed as a comedy fantasy, which isn’t really my taste, and I always am honest about my opinion on plays when he asks. It was very good:great actors and effects. It opens in NYC in November, too.
And last week I visited the Drama Bookstore on W40th hunting for plays adapted from novels as I’m about to begin mine. Do you know the store? What lovely, knowledgeable people work there. Very refreshing to be greeted with smiles and exhuberance.
If In New York…
…anytime in the four or five weeks after November 12, make sure you check out Sheila O’Malley’s new play. At $19 a ticket, it’s gotta be the best entertainment value available for a night in NYC (that doesn’t involve throwing…
Man, if we still lived close to the city I’d go to the show in a heartbeat, however we’ve moved 5 hours north. Wish I could see the show, I’m sure it’ll be fantastic. Best of luck!
Wow… Just got home so I was able to turn on the sound. Sounds effin’ creapy.
Awesome!
THat looks so cool!!
I think we need to plan a road trip. Beth, Bets? Cimments?
Sounds so fantastic. I’m a huge fan of Roshomon, and of you!!
Deck ladies- I call a field trip!!! Contact me so we can figure out what is a good time for everyone. By the way, did I tell you I got hired for a long term position at Monsignor Clarke? Grade 2. Call me “Sister Mary Just”. hee hee!!!
